As mental health providers, we genuinely care about the people we work with. We listen, guide, and support. Our wisdom is not only from helping others through life struggles, but also from our own experiences. In our own lives, we have experienced suicidal ideation, trauma, relationship struggles, etc. We understand your emotional pain on a deep level.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to our care. Each individual comes to the table with different needs weather that be pain, chronic illness or a problem they can’t figure out we great plans that fit your problems. With the majority of fitness or mental coaches, there is little care with tailoring to specific client needs. In comparison, we create individualized training plans based on mental health, physical health, and nutritional needs.
